Take yourself out of the ordinary to experience the extraordinary with this 7-day/6-night retreat. Begin each day with guided meditation and asana practice. The afternoons belong to you to do what your heart and spirit desires. Each evening (with exception to an optional sweat lodge and/or Cacao Ceremony, $75 extra) a nurturing yin or yoga nidra practice will be offered. Come join us for sacred connection with yourself, others and this magical and magnificent world around you.
A Typical Day at Peace Retreat
- 5:30am Sunrise
- 7:00am Yoga Practice & Morning Connection
- 8:30am Breakfast at Nourish at Peace Cafe
- 9:30am Excursion or Walk to the Beach
- 1:00pm Return to Peace for Lunch or Smoothie by the Pool
- 3:00pm Massage & Body Scrub at Body at Peace Spa
- 6:00pm Dinner and Lively Conversation
- 8:00pm Wind Down for a Restful Sleep in the Costa Rican Jungle
Investment & Inclusions
$1,100 USD – double occupancy accommodation (plus tax and gratuity)
$1,430 USD – single occupancy accommodation (plus tax and gratuity)
- 6-night/7-day stay at Peace Retreat Costa Rica
- Round trip airport transportation to/from Liberia International airport (arrival on April 28 / departure on May 4)
- Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner at the on-site cafe, Nourish at Peace
- Daily yoga
Not included: tax, gratuities, excursions, spa treatments, optional sweat lodge and cacao ceremony, extra food/drinks, extra nights and/or airport transportation outside of group arrival and departure days
