Power Yoga Canada Retreat

Set in the lush jungle of Costa Rica’s Pacific coast, this retreat offers an opportunity to step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful, nourishing environment.
Over the course of the week, Susan and Mike will guide you through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation practices designed to help you slow down, restore balance, and cultivate presence.
Surrounded by nature, this experience invites you to rest deeply while exploring practices that support physical well-being and mental clarity. Daily sessions will focus on movement, breath, and awareness, helping you release tension, reconnect with your body, and develop tools that extend beyond the retreat.
With time to enjoy the ocean, relax by the pool, explore jungle pathways, or simply unwind with a book, the week balances structured practice with spaciousness and ease.
Through shared meals, meaningful conversation, and quiet reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and return home feeling renewed.
Retreat Inclusions
- 6 nights accommodation at Peace Retreat Wellness Center
- Group transportation to and from Liberia Airport (LIR) on arrival and departure day
- Daily vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared onsite
- Onsite café with smoothies, coffee, fresh juices, and light bites available throughout the day (additional cost)
- Daily yoga, mindfulness, and meditation sessions with Susan and Mike
- Access to open-air yoga studios and practice spaces
- Access to the onsite pool and relaxation areas
- 20-minute jungle walk to the beach
- Wifi available on the property
- Ample free time to rest, explore, or enjoy the surrounding nature
Optional Experiences (with Additional Cost)

- Guest can relax, receive and rejuvenate at the on-site Body At Peace Spa which includes massages, body wraps, scrubs, and womb health treatments.

- Flights to and from Liberia Airport (LIR)
- Airport transportation outside designated group travel days

Accommodations & Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes. Click the Register Now button on this page to view and select your accommodation style. Private accommodation is available for an extra $360 USD.
Casa Verde — $1,099 USD
Shared accommodation with six individual sleeping spaces (single beds) and access to shared open-air showers and washrooms.
Jungle Cabina — $1,300 USD
Two single beds, ceiling fan, and access to shared open-air showers and washrooms.
Jungle Bungalow — $1,750 USD
Two single beds, a private washroom and air conditioning.
Private Upgrade — $360 USD
Available for cabinas and bungalows until capacity is reached.
Terms & Conditions
- Payments to Peace Retreat Wellness Center are non-refundable. 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, and any retreat balance must be paid in full no later than December 10th, 2026.
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Peace Retreat requires a credit card be presented upon check-in for incidentals, cafe orders, spa treatments, store purchases, etc. All payments are subject to local tax and credit card transaction fees. American Express is not accepted. At the time of checkout, guests may choose to pay any portion of their bill in cash (USD) and receive a discount on taxes and fees.
