Heat Glow Soar is a restorative retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build sustainable self-care practices for a healthier 2026. Through thoughtfully guided modalities such as breathwork, lymphatic drainage, yoga, pilates, dance, cacao ceremony, and sweat lodge, participants are gently supported in releasing stress and navigating everyday anxiety with greater ease.

Led by three dedicated facilitators, the retreat weaves together Heat—focused on breath, resilience, and nervous system regulation; Glow—supporting circulation, detoxification, and body awareness through lymphatic care; and Soar—life-coaching workshops that offer practical tools for clarity, balance, and personal growth. This experience is about learning how to care for yourself in real life, so you leave feeling grounded, empowered, and deeply refreshed—while taking home practical tools and practices you can continue using long after the retreat ends.

Inclusions

• 6 nights/ 7 days at the Peace Retreat Wellness Center
• Group transportation to and from Liberia airport on April 26 and departure May 2nd (transportation to and from the airport is not included if outside the group travel days)
• Group breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily (vegetarian meals)
• Coffee and tea from 7am-10am
• Use of yoga studios, meeting spaces and pool
• Practices: Breathwork, Lymphatic Drainage, Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation
• Workshops led by Izabella Kvesic – From Burnout to Balance & Elevating Self-Worth From the Inside Out
• Cocoa Ceremony and Full Moon Party
• All taxes, fees and service charges
• As a bonus, participants will receive a post-retreat integration 90-minute group call 3 weeks after to help integrate what they experienced into real life (valued at $500).

Available Add-Ons (at additional cost):

The group will be doing a sweat lodge ceremony and horseback riding, which are optional. All facilitators will be doing excursions and it will be a part of the retreat agenda. Click here for the complete list of Peace Retreat’s menus and excursions, and also feel free to add on any additional treatments from the Body at Peace Spa. If you choose to not do the add on you can have free time, the retreat center is a 25 minute walk through the jungle to the beach.

Not Included:

• Flight to and from Liberia airport (LIR)

By purchasing, you are agreeing that:

• You are generally in good health and have not been diagnosed with any conditions that would interfere with your ability to safely perform moderate exercise or jeopardize any other members of this retreat. As it is the case with any physical activity, you understand that the risk of injury is present in yoga classes and take full responsibility for any injuries you may sustain or damages you may incur by participating in this retreat.
• You are responsible for obtaining travel medical and trip cancellation insurance for this retreat.
• You will indemnify the facilitators and venue for any costs, losses or damages directly or indirectly caused by your actions during this retreat.
• You understand that the standards of accommodation, utilities, and services at the destination may be different from those of Canada. You agree to travel with the knowledge that you may encounter differences in living standards and practices at our destination.
• You have an up-t0-date passport.
• The deposit and balance of the payments will be collected by the venue directly. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. 100% of the retreat payment is due at least 30-days prior to arrival, and all sales are final.
• Photographs and video recordings may be taken throughout the retreat. By purchasing a ticket and participating, you grant permission for this content to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. We’re happy to honor any preferences around being photographed or filmed.
