5-Day Body at Peace Retreat Package

We invite you to join us for our 5-Day Body at Peace Retreat, a remarkable experience of self-care and nurturing. We offer a rejuvenating experience in a nourishing environment. Intentionally created in an open-air jungle setting, we offer an array of unique self-care practices and treatments.

This retreat is an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, experience our food as medicine approach, and indulge in the ultimate self-care experience, through body treatments and energy movement.

Our body therapies and signature services focus on the rich ingredients of Costa Rica and reflect our unique ocean and jungle surroundings. All of our spa treatments use local oils, ingredients, and lotions.

The retreat includes the following:

• 4 nights accommodation
• Daily breakfast and dinner
• Daily Yoga
• 1 90-Minute Massage
• 1 Corazon Package (choice of two treatments to receive consecutively: 60-min massage, papaya body wrap, coffee body scrub, oatmeal facial, foot reflexology)
• Round-trip airport transport from the Liberia International Airport (LIR)

This is a rolling date retreat package meaning that we offer this all year around. Although there will likely be other individuals/couples on this retreat package during your stay, there is no specific start date or end date or designated retreat group.
